"You have to load the kernel first." is actually a red-herring error and it's triggered by another error happening before. I changed grub the way to show all errors in such cases. Please don't report "You have to load the kernel first." anymore but include other errors reported by newer version. No the existing reports please add the errors reported by latest mainstream
