Package: backup-manager Version: 0.7.9-1 Severity: important Many variables in /etc/backup-manager.conf can be customized through debconf, but the config script does not honor manual changes to these variables in backup-manager.conf, instead it uses old values from the debconf cache.
Thankfully, ucf will detect these changes, preventing silently overwriting a manually changed /etc/backup-manager.conf on upgrades, but this is still bad.
