Comments/Problems: Intalling on a Thinkpad T42 in a new partition of more than
sufficient size to hold the install. Initial install, using Sarge net install
disk, downloaded 7/24/05,
proceeds past prompts and starts downloading from http mirror at MIT. The
download stalls around Get: 180, sometimes
earlier. The system just dies and I have to do a cold boot. I tried the boot
parameter noacpi to no avial. I see 15423 files in 217 Mb (9% of hda13 used).

What do you suggest?
