I was going to try applying that patch, but the only filename that remotely matches the file you're trying to patch is plugins/g15_plugin_uinput.c
I got the source by doing: apt-get source g15daemon which gave me 1.9.5.3 I had a look at that source file, and I can't see quite how to even manually apply that patch :-(
