Thanks for catching my mistake. I didn't translate the attached file from the mail (because i'm not subscribed to d-i18n and web interface sometimes subtly mangles the file). I used .pot from http://www.debian.org/intl/l10n/po-debconf/pot#iog Now I see that version there is 1.03-3.3, while the version from the email is 1.03-4. Updated .po attached. BTW: There is a string "Current versions of the IOG package now use /var/lib/iog/ IOG data files." As I understand it, it should say "Current versions of the IOG package now use /var/lib/iog/ for IOG data files." ("for" added). Regards ~~helix84
