Package: php-mdb2 Version: 2.5.0b2-1 Severity: important Hi,
using php-mdb2 with php 5.3 packages breaks applications, ie roundcube wont work anymore giving the following errors: Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /usr/share/php/MDB2.php on line 395 Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /usr/share/php/MDB2.php on line 2650 Im unable to turn off those "Deprecated" warnings and therefore the headers are already send in scripts. Maybe more info in upstream bug: http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=16508 but the attached patch doesnt apply for me.
