make-kpkg fails to build linux-image-2.6.33 .deb, because
$kernel_src/include/linux/utsrelease.h is no longer updated (i assume this is
because this functionality is moved to
$kernel_src/include/generated/utsrelease.h)
I using vanilla kernel.org source, kept uptodate via kernel.org patches.
