Package: python-cairo Version: 1.8.8-1+b1 Severity: normal
Using setuptools to build an egg that depends on pycairo, I get a regular egg file but when I try to install it locally with easy_install, easy_install complains pycairo is not installed and tries to download it. As "python-cairo" package is installed on my system, I suppose easy_install should consider pycairo is available. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-trunk-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: lang=fr...@euro, lc_ctype=fr...@euro (charmap=ISO-8859-15) (ignored: LC_ALL set to fr...@euro) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages python-cairo depends on: ii libc6 2.10.2-2 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libcairo2 1.8.8-2 The Cairo 2D vector graphics libra ii python 2.5.4-9 An interactive high-level object-o ii python-support 1.0.6 automated rebuilding support for P python-cairo recommends no packages. python-cairo suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
