After recently upgrading, I noticed the following line in rsnapshot.conf is 
wrong:

#cmd_rsnapshot_diff     /usr/local/bin/rsnapshot-diff

should be:

#cmd_rsnapshot_diff     /usr/bin/rsnapshot-diff
