Thanks for reporting this bug.  Do you happen to have any third-party
clipboard or download managers running that monitor the clipboard for
URLs?

Currently these applications are known to randomly trigger an
input/output extension:
- FreeRapid Downloader
- jDownloader
- xfce4-clipman-plugin 1.1.3

There is a similar report (#553456)
