Sorry, I didn't get your response. The web I'm connecting to is not in localhost, and I'm using epiphany 2.29.3-1.
The user that pointed me to the problem is using the firefox in the lastest
stable ubuntu.
In case it matters, I only have 2 cookies for the domain hosting redmine:
* Name: _redmine_default
Path: /projects/tools
* Name: _redmine_default
Path: /
