mirrors.kernel.org has the best ping time for us, so we'll go with that one. I 
have updated the ftpsync config on our end.

No problem. Done. mirrors.securedservers.com/debian and 
debian.securedservers.com/debian work now. The latter is still our preferred 
URL, but both work.

Currently about 80mbps. This can be increased up to gigabit speeds if there's a 
demand for it.
