I've split out libocsigen-xhtml-ocaml-dev, and now installing it in a clean sid chroot installs 114 MB instead of 211. Note that these 114 MB are essentially brought by camlp4 and libocamlnet-ocaml-dev. Since I've found another (unrelated) bug in the packaging, I've uploaded this new version. It is waiting in NEW.
