I installed this alongside with its dbg package, and this time the process vanished without a trace. Program terminated with signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault. The program no longer exists. (gdb) bt full No stack. (gdb) Still crashing, and still no clue why. Another day, another opportunity.
