No idea. They are private calendars I created using the web interface. They seem roughly equivalent to "owner" to me, in terms of the access level. I don't understand why Google Apps called them "root" instead of "owner", but then again I'm not a Google Apps power-user so my lack of understanding is, well, understandable. :) But that won't stop me offering an opinion! I say put them after "owner", only because I know what "owner" means and don't know what "root" means.
