I don't think so. Even if the -trunk kernel is no longer available in
the archive, the package is still installed on machines tracking sid or
squeeze and will not get removed automatically (that is a good thing).
So as long as you don't uninstall it manually it will continue to
confuse grub or update-initramfs.
