Hi Ryuichi,
thanks for reporting this.

From the version 2.1.4-2, gnubiff requires libgamin0 instead of
libfam0c102. Although gamin is useful for the most cases, it does not
support NFS support based on specific RPC and server.
Because my home directory is NFS mounted, i prefer FAM rather than
gamin. Could you consider to use FAM again ?
This is not due to any change in gnubiff packaging. Rather, it's about
the C++ ABI change where fam already migrated to libfam0 (and now
conflicts with libfam0c102). On the other hand, an indirect build
dependency of gnubiff, libgnomevfs2-common, depends on libfam0c102. The
latter is only still provided by gamin (which will change soon, I hope).
Therefore, the build silently replaced fam with gamin.
In short, this should be fixed with a rebuild of gnubiff as soon as the
GNOME (build) dependencies have undergone the proper C++ ABI transition.
Until then, thanks for your patience...
bye,
Roland
