Hi, the right solution was to : chown www-data /usr/share/redmine/config/environment.rb
that's because passenger runs as the owner of this file (thanks to Micah Anderson). It is now fixed for the next redmine release. I also added correct (and working !) passenger config examples. Regards, Jérémy.
