Package: quilt
Version: 0.48-5
Severity: important
Justification: fails to build from source

I have this environment config:

EDITOR=emacs
VISUAL=emacs
export EDITOR VISUAL

The test suite which runs during the build process tries to invoke
blabla/editor, presumably by setting EDITOR to point to the shell
script. Since VISUAL isn't unset, emacs is still launched.
