Package: wml Version: 2.0.11ds1-0.4 Severity: normal Owner: Axel Beckert <a...@debian.org>
When using wml::fmt::text with the external copy of txt2html, wml waits until STDIN is closed (e.g. by pressing Ctrl-D). Looks as if txt2html expects something from STDIN. Calling "txt2html filename < /dev/null |" instead "txt2html filename |" from within Perl seems to work. Can't reproduce this behaviour with txt2html itself though. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (990, 'unstable'), (600, 'stable'), (500, 'testing'), (110, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.33-2-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages wml depends on: ii eperl 2.2.14-15.2 Embedded Perl 5 Language ii iselect 1.3.1-3 An interactive line selection tool ii libbit-vector-perl 7.1-1 Perl module for bit vectors and mo ii libc6 2.10.2-6 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libimage-size-perl 3.220-1 Perl module for determining images ii libterm-readkey-perl 2.30-4 A perl module for simple terminal ii m4 1.4.14-2 a macro processing language ii mp4h 1.3.1-5 Macro processor for HTML documents ii perl 5.10.1-11 Larry Wall's Practical Extraction ii perl-base [perlapi-5.10.0] 5.10.1-11 minimal Perl system ii slice 1.3.8-9 Extract out pre-defined slices of Versions of packages wml recommends: pn libhtml-clean-perl <none> (no description available) pn linklint <none> (no description available) ii tidy 20091223cvs-1 HTML syntax checker and reformatte pn txt2html <none> (no description available) Versions of packages wml suggests: pn doc-html-w3 <none> (no description available) pn freetable <none> (no description available) pn gfont <none> (no description available) ii imagemagick 7:6.6.0.4-2 image manipulation programs ii libwww-perl 5.834-1 Perl HTTP/WWW client/server librar pn shtool <none> (no description available) ii tardy 1.12-3.1 A tar(1) post-processor pn weblint <none> (no description available) -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
