In what concerns BTS, I find that this is actually quite annoying. I thought that if I write something to [email protected] it will also automatically CC: the submitter (unless I use the -quiet postfix). It turns out that not only I have to construct the bug address manually, but also manually copy & paste the submitters address in the CC:. Screw it!
