Well, just tried. Nothign is displayed in Error Console, while starting
Iceweasel from terminal I get the following message

sh: Syntax error: "(" unexpected
libnotify-Message: GetCapabilities call failed: The name
org.freedesktop.Notifications was not provided by any .service files
I googled a bit and I found something regarding a missing
"notification-daemon"
I installed from synaptics it and now the situation is like in the
following link

Iceweasel 3.5.9 works correctly with no notification-daemon at all.
Moreover, Icedove displays notification correctly, and so does FF 3.6.3
from Mozilla.org, but Iceweasel 3.6.3-1 doesn't, at least on my system.
