Package: usbmuxd Version: 1.0.3-1 Severity: wishlist I was unhappy to see gnome pulling in a daemon for hardware that I do not (and will never ;) own. Once I installed it, I saw that you had anticipated my displeasure with running such a daemon, with the excellent udev rules that will only start it if a relevant device is connected. Bravo!
I think that adding something like this to the description would avoid
putting others through the same emotional rollercoaster:
