Found it. Seems to be a change in 
/usr/include/gtkmm-2.4/gtkmm/dialog.h:

  // This previously returned an HButtonBox*, which broke on Maemo Fremantle.
  // Changed post-2.18.2

  /** Returns:the action area.
    * @return The action area.
    *
    * @newin{2,14}.
    */
  ButtonBox* get_action_area();
