While in theory I agree with this, there's no way we're going to implement
this currently:
- changing dpkg-genchanges only doesn't make sense
- most options dpkg-genchanges has are also shared by dpkg-buildpackage so
  both should be modified together

If we ever do something, it's something like using Getopt::Long for _all_
the existing scripts but I'm not sure we can support all the current
oddities with such an option parsing library.

In the mean time, this is not something that I'm going to do and I prefer
to not have this bug clutter my view of other stuff that I'm more likely
to implement.

Don't take this as a personal offense, it's not. It's just that I could
file hundreds of similar "wishlists" by myself and it wouldn't help at
all. We need people to tackle such projects and not people to remind us of
what we can improve. :-)
