Thus downgrading severity to wishlist (I am of course open to discussion). Furthermore, this is clearly an upstream issue which should be fixed there, to ensure cross-distribution compatibility, thus tagging as such. I will make sure upstream (CCed) is aware of the issue and eventually commenting on the bugreport. Is such an action schedule ("non-action" schedule…) fine for you?
