I was just able to import the certificate manually via "Preferences -> Advanced -> 
Certificates -> View Certificates -> Authorities", and then I can access my WebDAV 
calendar.

Thanks for the pointer; I didn't immediately think of manually importing the 
certificate.

P.S.  For anyone tinkering with manually importing "Authorities" certs, I 
experienced one bug where adding & removing a cert would prevent me from re-adding a 
cert.  *grumble*  I'll likely submit a bug-report to 'icedove' after I finish my current 
project.
