Hello, Slicer did not build on mips because of the same file, but for a different reason, cc1plus got killled.
I know nothing about Slicer, so this may be a stupid idea, anyway here it is: AffineRegistration seems to be a plugin, can it be disabled at compile time (at least on alpha and mips, and surely also mipsel) to avoid these issues?
