Package: mpdtoys
Version: 0.22
Severity: normal

Hi!

I started getting those errors when trying to use mpdtoys a few months
ago on testing:

anar...@lenny$ mpmv localhost
Attribute (conntype) does not pass the type constraint because:
Validation failed for 'CONNTYPE' failed with value undef at
/usr/bin/mpmv line 162

(The trick above is I set the MPD_HOST variable to a remote MPD server
and transfer the state locally. I have the reverse command which does
this: mpmv localhost $MPD_HOST, which has the same problem.)

The remote server is running mpd 0.14-1.1, so I suspect this is a
compatbility issue between the two implementations, and therefore the
fix would be to keep the client/servers in sync.

Nevertheless, I think the above message could be improved so that lambda
users can understand wth is going on here. I suspect the above is just a
mishandled failed socket open or something...

Thanks for those cool toys.. :)
