libsdl1.2 has not yet transitioned on arm because of an arts build
failure. Until this is fixed, it doesn't make much sense to upload sdl
rdepends. (Yes, I can use a tight versioned build-dep on sdl, but
doing so would complicate backports for no technical reason.)
Unfortunately, solving the arts problem requires that Qt complete its
C++ transition, which is currently stalled by the xorg transition.
