Bug#165548: logrotate: loop error results in trying to rename a file to itself

Hi,

it seems that even though the bigger patch (introducing the keep option) was
not included upstream, the big for this particular bug has been included. From
the 3.7.8 sources:

        for (i = rotateCount + logStart - 1; (i >= 0) && !hasErrors; i--) {

I haven't tested it (since it's not entirely clear to me in what conditions
the bug used to occur), but I think that this bug report can be closed.
