I kinda disagree here: java-wrappers.7 is meant for a user, and, as
far as I recall, all features for the users (ie the use of environment
variables) are explained in this page.

Sure enough; for now, I assumed the comments in java-wrappers.sh were
enough, but it would be nice to write a neat man page for that...
