OK, then this is an issue with the mailcap branch. Please use 4.7.0.1-1
for now, there is no difference between the packages other then Denis'
custom made mailcap patch that broke the thing for you.
He will be fixing this or abandoning this idea at all. In any case this
branch is clearly nowhere ready for unstable.
