Please remove the openser source package from unstable; it's horribly out of date and must be replaced by one of its forks (kamailio or opensips). The fork happened back in July 2008. None of the forks are currently packaged in Debian, though this is being worked on. In any case, we cannot ship openser in the next stable release.
