Package: moomps
Version: 4.6-2
Severity: normal

The /etc/init.d/moomps in Debian stable (and possibly others) contains a
line which sources an "/etc/init.d/functions" file. As far as I can
tell, no Debian package provides this file, and because it doesn't exist
the init script fails. Removing the calling line allows moomps to start
properly.
