It looks like the Packages Manager is not working due to permissions issue. Software error: ERROR: Need write permission in OTRS home Try: $OTRS_HOME/bin/SetPermissions.pl !!! For help, please send mail to the webmaster ([no address given]), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.
