No.

Tagging has caused three rapid revisions already. There is a simple
workaround for the current issue and I want to have time to run some
tests against the history of changes over --svn-tag and --svn-tag-only.

Each time there has been a change, my own workflow has never been
affected but someone else has come back with a series of tag errors or
issues.

The issue should be explored much more carefully and we need to
consider whether a regression test is possible for this kind of issue.
