Package: webcam Version: 3.95.dfsg.1-8.1 'webcam' adds a text containing a timestamp by default. This text can not be turned off, if you specify an empty text in the configuration file, you only get a message telling you that there's a "syntax error" on that line and the value is reverted to the default.
