Package: qemu-kvm Version: 0.12.3+dfsg-4 Severity: important I am experiencing the very same problem reported by Marc Siegwald. Lenny (and older) VMs are ok, Squeeze ones panics on boot with the same trace as Marc's Oddly i can't reproduce the issue on a sid host: i even tried installing sid qemu packages without much success Both hosts has AMD Processors (the cpuinfo below is from faulty squeeze hosts, sid hosts has Phenom II X3 720 CPUs).
