Strangely, I can't seem to copy or paste in this curses application.
When running ncmpcpp in an rxvt terminal, I can't select text with the
mouse, nor can I paste in any text from the copy buffer.  I'm able to
copy and paste just fine in other curses applications (such as ncmpc).
This seems very strange to me, as I can't imagine how such a thing
would have to do with the curses application itself, but it clearly
does.
