As current maintainer, I strongly recommend to drop language-env from all task files. language-env is unuseful (even harmful) on UTF-8 environment for normal users. Although language-env gives good examples for i18n developers to know other language environments, it wouldn't fit for Squeeze or even Sid anymore, I think.
