Hmm, OK. I am not familiar with what that means. How is "essentialness" enforced? Should the installer know this and automatically install essential packages when upgrading then? Perhaps this is a reflection of a bug from another part of the system since mktemp did not get automatically installed on my system when I upgraded it?
