I thought about this bug and found another solution:
- Link udevadm and the other tools dynamic against the public part of
libudev (not necessary, but reduces the amount of loaded code.)
- Make udev depend on libudev0 (= ${binary:Version}.This forces the versions to be the same while allowing to install the lib without udev themself.
