Price information, unspecific claims about "smooth" operation, and the storage backend used internally by the service are quite irrelevant for a description of the programs that are contained in the package.
If this is just a client for the dropbox.com service, say so and throw in a description of what Dropbox is, perhaps using one or more of the terms "storage provider", "file hosting service", "synchronization", "[file] sharing" that are used to describe the service in the Wikipedia article. Since it seems that Dropbox is popular with Windows and Mac users, I personally would also welcome an indication whether the package is useful only in a GUI context.
