Witold,

looks like you already have racoon (0.7.3-7) installed while trying
to upgrade from a earlier version of ipsec-tools to the one which
should be on your system as you have racoon 0.7.3-7.

This is not what a upgrade/dist-upgrade will cause. I can not
confirm this.

I just dist-ugpraded from 0.7.3.6 (racoon and! ipsec-tools) to the
current one without hazzle.
