This bug is mainly about cosmetics but it is also about using those
HTML elements that express exactly what you mean.

Instead of <span class="bold"> use <b> or <strong>.

Instead of <span class="emphasis"> use <i> or <emph>.


About the headings:

    h2.nroffsh {
     background-color: #e0e0e0;
    }

    <h2 class="nroffsh">foo</h2>

Can get simplified to:

    h2 {
     background-color: #e0e0e0;
    }

    <h2>foo</h2>


We could also define the most commonly used style as default style
for <p>. This will save us many class attributes, thus making the
HTML code simpler.
