I assume this is intended to fix the gccxml-related "complex.h" FTBFS mentioned in #580527. If so then you need a give-back, not a binNMU, and only on those architectures where the package previously FTBFS and therefore /can't/ currently be binNMUed. I've given it back on s390, as the new gccxml is already available there. If that builds ok then I'll do so on the other failing architectures as well, with a dep-wait on the new gccxml.
