There's a problem with your patches - they overlap. Also, they don't compile (even after removing duplicate chunks, the value for PARSE_PARAM happens to coincide with '\r' in a case statement).
It would help if you submitted a single patch, which works for you, so that I can avoid overlooking pieces of the change.
