retitle 383968 "O: xtrkcad -- Model Train Track CAD Program" thanks
Please note that xtrkcad has been RFA in WNPP since August of 2006, as per #383968. There was one expression of interest in August 2009, with no further followup. I do not intend to do any further work on this package, including coping with the removal of libgtkhtml2, so I am now marking xtrkcad as orphaned.
