Hi Vladmimir,
Does it work with cheese? Could you modify the video resolution and the
video driver (test v4l2 and v4l) in Preferences->Video? If still does
not work, please send us -d 4 output, as shown at
http://wiki.ekiga.org/index.php/Debugging_Ekiga#How_to_get_a_debug_output
